Upon graduation from Georgia Southern University (BBA) in 1981, Jeff joined his father’s construction/development company, W.B. McClanahan Co. where he was introduced into the day-to-day operations of multi and single-family residential development in the North Atlanta arc. In 1988, Jeff formed W.B. McClanahan & Associates to concentrate on office and industrial development in North Fulton and Forsyth counties.
